    Description

    vintage Mobefi 10 pound standard weight plate.Plate cast at Mobefi Engineering foundry in Cedar Springs Michigan.I believe the foundry closed some time in the late 60's which makes this plate at least 50 years old.There is some surface rust and pitting which i believe is from the casting process itself.This plate seems to be miss cast or maybe was a piece they used to test the molds either way it is an interesting piece and I'm sure one of a kind.
