1 Gallon Restoration Shop Low 3.5 VOC Urethane Basecoat Color Only. No urethane reducer is included with this gallon of paint color, but urethane reducer is required to be mixed with the paint color before it can be sprayed or used.
UBLV paint color has a 2 to 1 mixing ratio when it's used with along with exempt urethane reducer. The required half-gallon of exempt urethane reducer is not included, but is available separately or in kits along with the UBLV paint color and clearcoat.

UBLV is an easy to spray fast-drying basecoat/clearcoat system that provides a long-lasting and very high gloss topcoat finish result. UBLV is an extremely durable, chemical and solvent resistant coating that also resists chipping, cracking, and UV ray fading.
Restoration Shop's (UBLV) is a Low 3.5 VOC compliant basecoat/clearcoat paint system that may be used in National Rule or Low 3.5 VOC limit States when using it with the proper XR series reducers.

UBLV Paint Color has a 2 to 1 Mixing Ratio, 2 parts UBLV Paint Color to 1 part XR Urethane Reducer.
UBVL Basecoat color requires a 2 to 1 mix ratio with one of the XR series exempt urethane reducers before spraying.
