Open to International Bidders!! This No Reserve auction, is for an absolutely stunning, beautifully preserved vintage 1978 Rogers "Memriloc" series six-piece drum outfit.
Sizes are: 14" deep x 24" wide bass drum (serial # D-732172), 16" deep x 16" wide floor tom-tom (serial # D-716697), 10" deep x 14" wide single-headed concert tom-tom (serial D-608513), 9" deep x 13" wide single-headed concert tom-tom (serial # D-729907), 8" deep x 12" wide single-headed concert tom-tom (serial # D-314560) and a 7" deep x 10" wide single-headed concert tom-tom (serial # D717567).
Each drum is constructed out of multiple all-maple plies with maple interior glue rings. The interiors are factory sealed in Rogers grey "granitone" paint.
All six drums are factory wrapped in Roger's industry unique "MOJAVE RED", as you can see from my pictures, the red wrap is tightly bonded to the drum shells, and it has a terrific shine to it. The 12" and 13" toms have some light surface snare "rash" on the back side of each drum.
Each drum is outfitted with all of
its
original Rogers metal fittings. All of the parts are brilliantly chrome plated and are amazingly well preserved!
The Rogers "Memriloc" chrome plated twin tom-tom holder is clearly, one of the best I've ever seen! It is brilliantly chrome plated and it doesn't show any visible surface wear or rusting. Three correct Rogers memriloc 17" tall floor tom legs are included with the floor tom.
