Can I return something if I don’t like it or it doesn’t fit? If you simply have a change of heart for any reason, yes, you can return the part (unless it is a tuner). At this time the buyer is responsible for return shipping. No restocking fee will apply. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning the item.

    Our shipping structure is as follows:
    • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
    • Any exhaust/emission alteration is legal in California only for racing vehicles that may never be used, registered, or licensed for use upon a highway.
    • We generally ship via USP Ground. We do utilize FedEx and USPS in some instances.
    • Expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation is available.
    • Customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, or duties are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the cost of shipping listed on the eBay ad.
    • You will receive Delivery Confirmation information via email once the package label has been created.
    • This does not confirm acceptance of the package by USPS or FedEx.
    • Tracking will begin to update via UPS website if and only when they scan the package.
    • If USP does not scan the package at pick up or in transit no tracking information will be available via USP website. This occasionally happens and is rare.
    • Please be aware that this is out of our control and we see what you see. Please be patient as this method of shipment is the most economical but not perfect.

    •Although we stock many of our parts in-house, we do not stock all of the parts listed in our eBay store at our location in South Bend, IN. We have a network of over 14 warehouses throughout the US that we use to drop-ship orders as well. In most cases, this allows us to cut down on transit time if the item is available in multiple warehouses at a location closer to you. If this is of concern, please contact us to confirm where your part is shipping from prior to placing your order.
    •If we ship you the wrong part or the part is damaged during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible and we will send a pre-paid return label and either issue a refund or send out a replacement part.
    •All returned items must be sent IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, IN RESALABLE CONDITION no later than 14 days after the item is received.
    •WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON TUNERS or any items that have been clearly been used or that are missing items/original manufacturing packaging.
